Over the past year, I’ve heard more and more about Capacities as the tool of choice to manage life/work. I’ve been off the PKM train for a while, just dumping things into Apple Notes. But given the buzz, I might take a peek. If you’ve used it and have feedback, I’d love to hear your thoughts.
The goal of this book is to turn the focus away from hyperpartisan politics and bring it back to the most important sources of wisdom: truth, science, faith, and trust, resting upon a foundation of humility, knowledge, morality, and good judgment.

I have an appointment tomorrow that I hope will be a positive step toward finally starting to feel well. I’ve been sick for a month. During that time I’ve really only left the house twice; once for a dinner party and once to have coffee with a friend. I can’t do this much longer. I need some relief.

Iβm heading into my fourth weekend in a row of being sick. Beyond just the physical implications, itβs getting to the point where itβs starting to negatively impact my mental and emotional health. Iβm growing weary and frustrated with not being able to do what Iβd like to be doing.
